- **Business plan with M&A scenarios** A clear plan with 2–3 scenarios (e.g. minority stake, majority sale, acquisition/buy-and-build) including EBIT and cash trajectory plus key assumptions. - **Valuation corridor and sensitivities** A realistic range of company valuation or deal logic per scenario – plus sensitivity: How do values change with different volume, margin or capex assumptions? - **M&A readiness from financial and operational perspective** Clear assessment of how "investor-ready" your company is (data quality, reporting, processes, management setup) and which gaps need closing before a structured process. - **Presentation of options and next steps** Overview of relevant M&A options (sell-side, buy-side, minority, partner, "do nothing for now"), with pros/cons, rough timelines and a concrete proposal for further procedure.
