Both. We develop an investment framework you can use for all future capex decisions, and we can examine individual major projects (e.g. site, production line, IT or AI initiative) in parallel or subsequently in greater depth.

We build or review business case models including cashflows, NPV, IRR, sensitivities and scenarios, ensuring the logic is clearly traceable for management, advisory boards and banks.

Q: Who delivers content assumptions – you or us?

The market, customer, technical and process assumptions come from your organisation; we structure them, challenge where appropriate, and translate everything into a robust financial and decision model—including for AI and digitalisation projects.

Q: Do you also include EU or state grants in analysis?

If you wish, we assess relevant EU and national programmes for basic eligibility and incorporate their effects into the business case; whether and how to submit applications remains your decision.

Current situation

This focus project is for you if at least one of these points applies

1. Investment projects have no uniform approach, are calculated differently and barely comparable. Clear and traceable returns don't always exist. 2. The business case text sounds good but the financial logic behind it (cash flows, risks, alternatives) isn't cleanly thought through or documented. 3. Post-mortem after project end doesn't happen – there's no mechanism to systematically draw lessons from ongoing and completed projects for future investments. 4. Departments argue strongly from market or technology perspective, finance from numbers and risk view – a common picture is missing. AI projects are declared strategic necessity without their contribution to ROI being cleanly proven. 5. EU or national grant programmes are only sporadically integrated although individual projects would fundamentally be eligible.
